Delivery Information


Wowwee Toys use Australia Post and various other couriers for our deliveries. This means we are able to deliver toys anywhere in Australia, no matter how remote your location is. Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australia wide. ( PO Boxes can only be shipped through Australia Post. ) Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Please note, estimated tally below is for Australia Post only. If you choose a courier and they try to deliver and you are not home, they will leave a card for you to call them to redeliver your parcel. Otherwise you can choose the option of leaving the parcel on your premises if you are not home. Wowwee Toys and your chosen courier is not liable if the item goes missing in these circumstances. For shipping through a courier, it will quote you an estimated delivery time - please note this is business days as couriers don't work over the weekend. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is booked in, you can then track when it is going to be delivered. For interstate orders, tracking will only be updated once it arrives at a depot. 

If for some reason you order is lost in transit by the courier company or Australia Post, we can not refund or replace your order until a full investigation is done. Approximate time is between 3-4 weeks.

Signature on delivery for Australia Post

When signature on delivery is selected, you will be left a card if you are not home and your order can be picked up at you local Australia Post outlet.  A tracking number will be sent to you if you choose this option. ( Strongly recommended.)

When signature on delivery is not selected, your order may be left at your front door or somewhere on your premises that the delivery driver feels is a safe location. Wowwee Toys does not accept any responsibilities for orders that go missing that were not requested for signature.
