Refund Policy

Missing or faulty Products:
Care is taken to ensure that you receive the correct product and in good condition. However sometimes products are faulty and mistakes can be made. Please check your order when you receive it so that you can ensure it is all in working order. If items are missing or are faulty, you will need to contact us within 5 days so that we can address the problem. Please see terms & conditions.
 
Change of Mind:
If you have a change of mind after you receive your order we are happy to offer a refund for the product/s but there will be a cancellation fee, see below. All postage costs to return the product/s will be at your expense. Postage costs for your original order will not be refunded. We suggest that you use registered post as this provides tracking. We will not be liable for any parcels that are damaged due to lack of packaging or go missing in the post. You will need to contact us within 5 days if you have a change of mind and products need to be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must not have not been used, worn, washed, opened, damaged or had any tags removed. They must be in the same condition that you received them in. Change of mind and refunds for missing or faulty items will not be accepted outside of the above time frames.

Cancellation Fee:
Please note if you choose to cancel your order for what ever reason, Wowwee Toys reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 8.5% of the total invoice.
