Metro or Regional postcodes:
Please note when you are at check-out selecting shipping, please choose the correct postcode bracket. If you select the wrong bracket we will invoice you for the difference and will not send your order till the balance is paid.

Faulty Items:
Care is taken to ensure that you receive the correct product and in good condition. However sometimes products are faulty and mistakes can be made. Please check your order when you receive it so that you can ensure it is all in working order. If items are missing or are faulty, you will need to contact us within 5 days so that we can address the problem. 
Right to Cancel:
Wowwee Toys has the right to cancel any order due to misprint, wrong price or bank transfer payment not being made within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Cancellation Fee:
Please note if you choose to cancel your order for what ever reason, Wowwee Toys reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 8.5% of the total invoice.

By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
